1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing product listings, or placing an order on our platform ("ShopLix", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Customer", "Reseller", or "Merchant") expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Account Registration & User Tiers

Our platform provides multi-tier access tailored to different commercial needs:

• Retail Customers (B2C): Standard consumer accounts intended for individual end-user purchases.
• Reseller Dropshippers: Commercial accounts approved for dropshipping directly to end-customers. Resellers must provide accurate identity verification (NIC/Passport) and valid payout bank details.
• Wholesale Merchants (B2B): High-volume business accounts subject to business verification and minimum order quantity (MOQ) criteria.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Pricing, Ordering & Payment Processing

All prices listed are subject to market conditions and inventory availability. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders arising from erroneous listings:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for supported domestic destinations. Refusal of delivery without valid cause may lead to immediate account suspension.
• Bank Transfers & Payment Slips: Bank deposit slips submitted for order confirmation are subject to manual or automated verification. Orders remain in Pending Verification until funds are cleared.
• Electronic Payments: Payments processed via credit/debit cards or gateways are encrypted and verified according to international PCI-DSS standards.

4. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. While we partner with tier-1 logistics couriers to ensure prompt delivery, ShopLix is not liable for carrier delays caused by extreme weather, customs checks, or regional logistics disruptions.

5. Reseller Dropshipping & Commission Settlements

Resellers who sell products using our dropshipping infrastructure agree to the following settlement rules:

• Commissions are credited to the reseller's digital wallet upon successful completion and delivery of the associated customer order.
• A standard settlement buffer applies to allow for customer inspection and return window completion before final fund withdrawal.
• Payout requests are processed to the verified bank account provided in your reseller profile.
• Returned or rejected COD parcels will result in cancellation of the respective commission accrual.

6. Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering authentic, verified hardware:

• Defective on Arrival (DOA): Claims for items received defective or damaged in transit must be submitted within 48 hours of package delivery with photographic evidence.
• Return Requirements: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all manufacturer accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
• Refund Issuance: Approved refunds are credited either to the original payment source or to the platform wallet within 3 to 7 business days following inspection.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShopLix, its directors, employees, or affiliated manufacturers be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if notified in advance of the possibility of such damages.
